How to style your eyebrows:

1. Trace the eyebrows with the Twinkle Brow Pen in fine strokes.

2. Comb the hairs in the direction of hair growth with the brush. Gently work in the color.

3. Fill in any gaps or emphasize eyebrows even more as needed.
